Thursday, October 28 is Tent Rental and Tent Manufacturing Day.  Attend the symposium, Understanding Temporary and Permanent Fabric Structures.  What influence do new codes have on current structures.  The Vancouver Olympics 2010 were a code challenge for an American Company doing the installing.  Here the story of Karls Event Rental and the Olympics as experienced by Ken Keberle, Code and Special Projects Coordinator.

Tent Rental Division Networking Hour will be held from 3:00 - 4:00PM on Thursday.  Meet Tent Rental Division Chairman, Jim Reyen, Eureka Tents and other members of industry.  Participate in an open forum regarding the voting process for proceeding with an industry study, Developing Guidelines for the Safe Ballasting and Weighting of Tents. Information from webinars conducted earlier  will be available. The final vote will take place at IFAI Tent Expo 2011 during the annual business meeting.
